The Cyber Security Indonesia 2017 Conference will bring together thought leaders and leading industry stakeholders to share knowledge and debate the critical issues surrounding the threat to information security, on both a national and international scale.
The conference will seek to educate and promote awareness of cyber security across all sectors of business and identify practical solutions for attending delegates to assist their companies in becoming ‘cyber-secure’.
Conference sessions will focus on three areas of cyber security:
Planning: Conducting threat assessments, identifying security weaknesses, and planning the most relevant, effective, and resilient measures to protect systems and data.
Defence: Implementing relevant solutions in order to defend against cyber attack.
Resilience: Continual assessment of the integrity of information security based against the constantly evolving complexity of cyber threats.
The conference will cover areas like World’s largest source of cyber-attacks. Indonesia is at the epicentre of the world’s cyber vulnerability, being globally recognised as the world’s largest source of cyber-attacks. Poorly secured servers in Indonesia are being used not only to strike at domestic targets, but also as a launch pad for targets across the globe.
