Valentines for the Animals at the Alaska Zoo

Share the love with zoo animals at this public Valentines for the Animals event at the Alaska Zoo on Sunday, February 13th! Zoo members have free entry with their memberships and non-members pay regular admission rates. The zookeepers have lots of lovey-dovey animal enrichment planned including colorful ice pops, decorated scent boards, boxes stuffed with goodies for the animals and more. Enrichment is happening throughout the day from 10am-4pm. We will have a Valentine making station from Noon-3pm where visitors can make cards for their favorite zoo animals, then take the cards to place them in envelopes at the habitats. We have more fun in store, so don't miss this event! And be sure to come in the evening for Valentine's Zoo Lights happening February 11th-14th from 5-8pm each night!
