PLEASE NOTE FOR THIS SESSION:

Do not eat lunch before the session. Have a late breakfast at least 2 hrs before. No partner is required for this session. This is a traditional Tantra class which starts of with self awareness and individual realignment first.

You will learn to identify energy blocks using specific mudra ( mystic/ energy seals) and kriya ( actions to purify that realign the system). Access and enhance energy to create harmonious pathways within and without. See how stress, trauma and conditioning create energy pathways that limit one's potential. Implement simple yet powerful practices to clear old emotional debris and recondition the nervous system into a new way of manifesting through grace and effortless effort.
