A Tribute to James Taylor and Jimmy Buffett

For more than 15 years, The James Taylor Experience(JTE) tribute show has been recreating the look, feel, and sound of a James Taylor concert for Taylor fans around the world – a world that was saddened by the recent loss of Jimmy Buffett.

Buffett and Taylor were good friends who performed together often over the years and sang each other’s songs in various recordings. They are two of the most beloved and prolific singer-songwriters the world has ever produced. Fire and Rain, You’ve Got a Friend, and Carolina in My Mind are just a few of Taylor’s many hits. Buffett’s Margaritaville and Son of a Son of a Sailor are just two examples of timeless tunes that tell a story straight from Buffet’s adventurous life.

Taylor paid tribute to Buffett in several of his shows after his passing, and we feel the same desire to celebrate this extraordinary artist in our show, bringing the James Taylor Experience together with Parrot Party in a special tribute to the life and music of Jimmy Buffet in this two-act concert performance.
