About the Course
As a consequence of the confluence of elements like as globalization, changing markets, severe rivalry, and new technology, organizational management today places a greater emphasis on ensuring that each internal program and effort accomplishes its intended goals. Internal and external forces of change must be managed in accordance with stakeholder expectations, and programs must be planned in such a manner that the organization can adapt and evolve in the face of change. Results-based management is a technique in which all parties engaged in achieving a set of results, whether directly or indirectly, ensure that their procedures as well as their offer contribute to achieving the intended results. Based on information and evidence on actual results, the actors make decisions about the design, funding, and execution of programs and activities, as well as accountability and reporting. This short course will equip the participants with the ability to organize, plan and report, which is critical to the success of any public or private organization.
