Top Chef's Nelson German Hosts NYE Dinner and "Harlem Nights" Cocktail Party w/ 50 Years of Hip Hop DJ

Ring in the New Year with Bravo TV's Top Chef alumni Nelson German (Season 18) as he hosts a curated four-course prix fixe dinner (an a la carte menu is also available) on New Year's Eve at Sobre Mesa (1618 Franklin Street) in Uptown Oakland (5pm - 10pm). Dinner guests will have the opportunity to choose from 15 artisanal cocktails from his new Sobre Mesa Winter Cocktail Menu (LINK). Reservations for the special NYE dinner can be made through OpenTable. 

From 10:30pm - 1am, join German for a one-night-only Harlem Nights NYE 2024 cocktail after-party at Sobre Mesa with DCIsChillin on the ones-and-twos to celebrate 50 Years of Hip-Hop. Sobre Mesa invites the SF Bay Area community to get decked out in their finest Harlem-inspired cocktail attire and welcome the New Year in style. Harlem Nights NYE tickets include a midnight champagne toast by J Cuvee.

From hip-hop's early NYC beginnings paying tribute to Nelson German's upbringing in the Washington Heights neighborhood of Manhattan to the West Coast's influential decades of hip-hop, DCIsChillin marks the 50th Anniversary of Hip-Hop with an unforgettable set of classics. 

Craft cocktails are the star of the show at Afro-Latin cocktail bar Sobre Mesa. Small-batch spirits are beautifully paired with high-quality ingredients culled from German's family recipe books.
