Our entertaining Elizabethan GALA program is the perfect kick-off to the holiday season! Featured hosts will be world-class food historian Francine Segan and of course director Johna Mancini with the cast. The evening will focus on three main moments:
1. Act 1 - a historical account and scrumptious details about food in the intriguing Elizabethan era;
2. Act 2 - how to create a movie, explaining To Be’s storyline, the make-up, hairdos, directing strategies, and costumes;
3. Finale – a toast to life and new times.
Be prepared to enjoy scenes performed live from Shakespeare’s masterpieces, an amusing talk on Elizabethan feasts with anecdotes, fun facts, and glorious recipes. Plus, many surprises are planned, to bring out the best holiday spirit!
