Taylor Morrison Now Selling Home Builders Association of Greater Austin

AUSTIN - Taylor Morrison, a leading national builder and developer, has partnered with the Home Building Association (HBA) of Greater Austin to build its 2019 Benefit Home in support of HomeAid Austin.

The home, located in the master-planned community of Crystal Falls at Crystal Cove, in Leander, TX, is now for sale and priced at $412,694.

Proceeds from the sale of the home will support the charitable work of HomeAid Austin, a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization focused on building new lives for Austin's individuals and families experiencing homelessness.

The 2019 Benefit Home is Taylor Morrison's two-story Terracotta floor plan, a spacious four-bedroom, 3.5-bath home with more than 2,400 square feet of space and an impressive 2-story foyer, an open-concept living area with both casual and formal dining, a first-floor owner's suite, and three additional bedrooms on the second floor, as well as a large game room.

The Home Builder Association of Greater Austin Benefit Home is the annual construction of a home built mostly - if not entirely - through donations of construction management, materials, supplies, labor and monies of the members of the HBA of Greater Austin. The majority of net proceeds from the sale of the home on the open market benefit local charities as designated by HBA.
