The Sweet Life cookbook debut with live music from Alan Thornhill

OVA Arts Gallery, located at 238 E. Main Street in Ojai, will be hosting local Pastry Chef and Baker Robin Riley for her cookbook debut and book signing on July 1st from 4-6 p.m. The dessert cookbook, “The Sweet Life - Baking in Shangri la” is a collection of favorites from her  34 years in the culinary profession. Starting out in Los Angeles producing pastries for Celebrity Chefs Mary Sue Millikan and Susan Feniger at the renowned City Restaurant to her days of baking for the Thacher community in Ojai there is something to delight everyone’s tastes for something sweet. It will be a great event to kick off the Fourth of July weekend in Ojai,  with very special guest, musician extraordinaire Alan Thornhill entertaining us on guitar throughout the book signing. Cookies and refreshing beverages will be also served. OVA Arts is where you’ll find a collection of wonderful Art and Craft from local artists, situated right in the the center of Ojai’s downtown arcade.
