Our Culinary Team has put together a festive and delicious menu to enjoy throughout the event! Kick off the night at 6:30 pm with a Cocktail Hour including a steel drum along with Tuna Poke Bowls, Coconut Chicken Skewers, Pork Belly Bao Buns, and Grilled Shrimp Chimichurri!
Following Cocktail Hour, Dance the night away with America's #1 Tribute to Yacht Rock, Three Sheets to the Wind. They are sure to keep you on the dance floor, but if you need to take a break we will have other activities such as a henna artist, a flower crown making station, and a photographer to capture it all!
Stations open at 7:30 pm with our Culinary Team smoking a hog along with Pineapple Fried Rice, Mango Papaya Slaw, Cold Bean Salad, Blackened Fish Tacos and more!
Ticket prices include the entertainment, all food and 2 drink tickets per person. Additional wine will be available for purchase.
