Ever wonder how competitive skaters train? This camp will show you!
Skaters will work on a variety of on-ice skating skills and off-ice skills that help create the total package of a figure skater.
On-Ice we will be jumping, spinning, working on rotational exercise and gliding maneuvers. We also will be working on our skating skills with lots of edges and power, plus we will be incorporating artistic movement and skating to music!
Off-ice we will be working on our jump technique, spinning on a variety of spinners, flexibility, plyometrics and dance classes! 
This camp will be lots of fun and will have something for everyone~ from beginner through advance figure skaters!
