Enjoy a 60 minute slow flow and deep stretch yoga class at 10am followed by a wine tasting of 4 samples.

Instructor: Leah is a 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher and currently teaches public and private classes @ Banyan Tree Yoga in Nashua NH as well as virtually. She teaches Vinyasa, Hatha, Gentle/Accessible Yoga and Yoga Nidra, and is certified in Reiki Level I. It's important to Leah that her classes are a mix of fun and accessible, and she always wants to make sure all her students feel comfortable, safe and at peace!

Class is rain or shine. Please show up 15 minutes before class start time. Don't forget to bring your own mat and any props you enjoy to enhance your practice.
