St. Peter's Easter Bake Sale

This annual event spans more than 60 years with traditional ethnic recipes. Preparations for this annual sale begin weeks in advance. A small army of hard-working, generous people from all faiths helps with this endeavor. The traditions continue to provide goodies for Easter baskets and feasts.

Volunteers spend more than one-month preparing more than 3,000 cabbage rolls, hundreds of poticas, braided breads, hundreds of pounds of various types of candies, butter rings, potato and egg salads, beet eggs, dyed Easter eggs, and a huge variety of ethnic and baked goods for sale. Our bakers use only the finest ingredients, including organic Amish flour and butcher prepared meats
