Description: The St Cross Fete, first held some 150 years ago, will again be gracing the beautiful grounds of the medieval Hospital of Saint Cross. There will be stalls, games, a fun fair, and train rides; and entertainment provided by the Winchester Morris Men, 1st Chandlers Ford Boys' Brigade Band, Ukulele Band and Punch and Judy. Bacon Baps, teas, home-made cakes and ice cream are available. Funds raised are for the Parish of St Faith, Read Easy Winchester, The Elizabeth Foundation, and Carroll Community Centre. Dogs on leads only. Free car parking. Gates open at 1.30pm. Entrance for Adults is £4.00, Children under 16 are free. Enquiries 01962 851375.
