SSAS Toracon: Anime, Gaming, Sci and Comic Convention

A Middle School-oriented anime, comic gaming, sci-fi convention. We have over 50 vendors and artists. Live music from Sarasota School of Arts and Sciences, Booker High School VPA Program, and Riverview High School's Anime Club! Martial Arts Demonstrations from Sarasota School of Arts and Sciences as well as Sarasota Karate Club! There's a Cosplay Contest for under 18 contestants with guest Cosplay Judges and Host! We have free Gaming Tournaments, Panels and Bounce Houses for everyone to enjoy! There are also events like laser tag and wand making that you can purchase - all proceeds support SSAS clubs and alumni. All events and tournaments are run by students for students with the support of amazing parent volunteers and SSAS Staff. Check out our full schedule of events on our website!
