SSAS Toracon

Welcome to all ages, this anime convention is created by Sarasota School of Arts and Sciences Middle School Anime Club. This is our 11th year and we're proud to host live band performances from Booker High School's Zephyr and Cyclone bands as well as our our SSAS Drumline and Band! We also host Riverview High School's Anime Club: Cafe Satou and have artists from local high schools and colleges as some of our sellers. Beyond the entrance free, most events, including tournaments, panels and live performances are free! Only select activities (laser tag, wand making, and hoverball archery) cost money to support the school clubs that run them. There are over 50 vendors and artists selling anime, gaming, sci-fi and comic goods. Concessions and cotton candy are also available! It's a fun time and there's always something to do.
