Slow Dating and Comedy Show

The first question you are probably asking is "what the hell does 'slow dating' mean?" Well, it is not related to speed dating as it is the exact opposite. Speed dating events are designed for "mini-dates" where it feels like mini job interviews. Evading small talk, yet at the same time evading intimacy, and turns the concept of meeting other singles into a zero-sum game.

NOTE: ATTENDEES ARE EXPECTED TO BE IN THEIR 20s and 30s

Too often we spend too much time stuck in the small talk zone, and can't find a way to break out of it. Here we are playing a fun card game designed for skipping small talk, without the awkwardness, where everyone is playing in groups. Where agenda's are turned off, and people can really get to know one another.

Will be playing game that is a combo of Make Big Talk and We're Really Not Strangers where we answer icebreakers in groups.

Around 9pm we will watch standup comedy at the same venue, and have free for all mingling.
