Ski for Parkinson's

An estimated 6 million people worldwide are living with Parkinson's disease (PD) - the fasting growing neurological disorder and second most common after Alzheimer's disease. Currently, there is no known cure or treatment to slow or stop the progression of Parkinson's. Together, we can change this.

Team Fox is the grassroots community fundraising program of The Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research (MJFF). Since its inception, MJFF has operated with one single-urgent goal: putting ourselves out of business and finding better treatments and a cure for Parkinson's through an aggressively funded research agenda. Every penny donated goes straight to The Michael J. Fox Foundation's (MJFF) high-impact research programs to help speed a cure for Parkinson's disease.

Team Fox's relationship with the Slumberland American Birkebeiner was born from Team Fox members wanting to do more. Bill Brown and Mark Gherty joined forces to create the ultimate Team Fox fundraising group: Ski for Parkinson's. Just six years later, Ski for Parkinson's has turned into a formal partnership with The Michael J. Fox Foundation through Team Fox Endurance.

Need an entry? Team Fox athletes receive a number of benefits including a waived registration fee, complimentary swag, and an invitation to Team Fox race weekend activities and will commit to a fundraising minimum of $2,000.
