During this unsettling time, reconnecting with others after lockdown is important, especially for older people.

Pandemic Isolation can be especially hard on older adults as they've been encouraged to be extra careful because they're at greater risk.

Many seniors already deal with isolation, and we've seen it worsen during the pandemic

Given that loneliness and isolation are linked to anxiety and depression, now that we're allowed to socialize more and reconnect with others again, it's important to do so.
Let us help you prepare for life post-covid.

We'll have games, snacks, and live music!

Get a free haircut/style between 5pm and 6pm.

Six o'clock is the start of the music and games.
