Self Care 5k, 10K and Kids Run

Join us on March 5th for a beautiful run or walk on a paved path next to the ocean.

This event supports The Ruach International Foundation and their efforts to promote mental health awareness and self-care as a lifestyle.

Mental health, just like any form of health, is constantly transforming and adjusting to our surroundings. 2020 put a spotlight on mental health because of all the changes we experienced around the world; lockdowns, isolation, job loss and more contributed to increased substance use, dependency, anxiety and depression. Mental health should be treated like we do with any other part of our body which is why self-care is essential to replenishing internal resources that may have been depleted. 

The 5K and 10K both start at 8am.

The 5K and 10K are chip timed with age group awards in 18 age groups
