Savannah Cabaret: Murdered by Disco!

It's December 31, 1979, the final day of the decade and everyone has come out to the Studio One Discotheque to celebrate in style. But just as the click is ticking down to midnight, something truly awful happens and we're not just alking about the fashion choices.

A murder is committed on the crowded dance floor right under the disco ball!

Who's the killer? Who's the victim? How they did they meet their end?

That's up to you!

During the first act you will meet the suspects and the potential victims including the sleazy nightclub owner Al, his party-girl ex-wife Bianca, the love-starved disco queen Farrah, the unstable disco singer Tenille, the macho man Shaun, the wannabe Candi, the one-hit wonder Donna, the former roller derby queen Gloria, and the TV host Benji. Then, at intermission you get to vote* on what happens next. The second act will be different each time based on that vote!

And as if that's not enough fun, the entire night is filled with live performances of the best disco music ever recorded including "Don't Leave Me This Way" by Thelma Houston; "Knock on Wood" by Amii Stewart; "Stayin' Alive" by The Bee Gees; "September" by Earth, Wind and Fire; "Turn the Beat Around" by Vicki Sue Robinson; "Disco Inferno" by The Trammps; "I Love the Nightlife" by Alicia Bridges; "That's The Way I Like It" by KC and the Sunshine Band; special megamixes of songs by Donna Summer and The Village People; and many, many more!

Shows will be held Friday, August 25 at 7:00pm; Saturday, August 26 at 3:00pm; and Sunday, August 27, at 7:00pm. Tickets are on sale now!

*Voting will be online so you'll need a phone with a good connection to participate.

Guests must be 21 years of age or older to attend and the production is intended for mature audiences. The theater space is on the second floor and is only accessible by stairs; no elevator is available. Songs will be performed live to pre-recorded tracks.
