Sales and Negotiation for Small Business with Sloan Foster

Thia class is part of a free series hosted by the city of Austin during Small Business Week in May. Join us Thursday, May 8 to unnlock the secrets to pricing and negotiation success in this 3-hour class for small business owners, nonprofit professionals, and creatives. In this session, you will learn sales and pricing strategies to help you negotiate with confidence, and overcome objections to create win-win outcomes. Participants will receive a resource toolkit full of templates, guides, and free software to make good use of information shared in the class. This course is eligible for the City of Austin Business Skills Certificate Program and will be facilitated by Distance Learning Media. The instructor is Sloan Foster, entrepreneur and business coach.

Sloan Foster has dedicated much of her working adult life to empowering startups and small businesses with comprehensive services in customer development, strategic partnerships, and advisory support. Sloan brings a wealth of experience to the classroom, having previously held key marketing positions such as with Pitch-a-Kid, as an advisor to organizations such as Immaginovate, and in serving as one of Texas’ leading startup mentors through programs like the Founder Institute. She is known for her strategic thinking, data-driven approach, entrepreneurial spirit, and an ability to connect with diverse audiences across various platforms.
