Saanidhya- Free Interactive Yoga Session

We are happy to invite you to Sānidhya, an exclusive yoga program organized by Hatha Vidya Traditional School of Yoga. This special program will begin with a lecture, followed by an insightful Q&A session with eminent yoga master Acharya Bala. Yoga enthusiasts will get the opportunity to immerse themselves in meditation. The event will conclude with a certification ceremony for our students of summer camp, Nishtha, and the 25th batch of 300 Hrs YTT
