Purcellville Wine and Food Festival on Saturday, July 19!

Enjoy great food and drink at the 12th annual Purcellville Wine and Food Festival on Saturday, July 19th in Dillon’s Woods at the historic Fireman’s Field Complex (250 S. Nursery Avenue, Purcellville). The festival will be open from 2 to 8 p.m. Bring your family and friends to enjoy local wine, beer, food, live music, art, and more!

This year’s festival features 40 vendors with wineries, breweries, food and snack vendors, and exhibitors. There is a great line-up of live music featuring the Chris Timbers Band, Justin Trawick and The Common Good, and Jumptown. Meet local artists and watch them create works of art in the “Arts in the Garden” section hosted by the Purcellville Arts Council. Other fun activities include face painting and caricature drawings.

General admission to the Purcellville Wine and Food Festival is $5 (+ tax) in advance, and $10 (+ tax) at the gate. A souvenir glass will be provided with the purchase of the first drink ticket. Drink tickets for beer and wine will be sold at the main gate and inside the festival. Drink tickets for wine (6 oz.) and beer (12 oz.) are $8.40 (+ tax) each in advance and $10 (+ tax) at the gate. Attendees will take tickets to the participating winery or brewery of their choice to get a drink. Bottles of wine will be sold the same way; the cost per bottle is $37 (+ tax). Individual drink tickets and the tickets for a bottle of wine may be purchased on-site after general admission has been paid. If purchased in advance, tickets for drinks and bottles of wine may only be used at the festival after the general admission has been paid.

The popular VIP section is back! For $275 (+ tax), the VIP experience will include admission for six, a table for six, three bottles of local wine, six souvenir glasses, six drink tickets, early entry to the festival, special souvenir gifts, and sweets/savories for the table.
