This seminar will go into detail on the UPCS property standard guidelines as well as the Real Estate Assessment Canter (REAC) inspection process. It will contain information on the latest rules and how they are interpreted during an inspection of the property.

There will be a number of actual photos of non- compliance items to give you a better understanding of the need for these minimum standards. Learn how to schedule, how to accompany the inspector while at your property and how to stop a REAC inspection in progress if need be.
