PitBullTax Tax Resolution Training - Beginners

A three-day tax resolution training workshop aimed at tax professionals (namely, CPAs, Enrolled Agents and Tax Attorneys) interested in offering the mentioned service to their clients.

This workshop covers the following topics, which will allow attendants to successfully start working beginner-level federal debt cases:

– Overview
– Legal requirements to start working a case
– Gathering information about a case both from the client and his tax transcripts
– Comparison of tax resolution alternatives
– How to analyze a case and find the best solution for a client’s problem
– How to carry out a representation process
– Case studies
– Automation in the tax resolution business
