City Ballet's "Phantom of the Opera" is based on the famous novel - and is a Beauty and the Beast story (slightly darker). The novel is full of characters that are both redeeming and heroic. It is a tragic love story, but one that shares love and light amidst darkness, and redemption through sacrifice. Filled with a mix of classical and contemporary music - the score is an enjoyable mix for everyone. The performance will be a Masquerade event - so the audience can enjoy dressing up with decorative masks, gloves, capes, etc. Join us for some red carpet fun, and to experience one of the most riveting story ballets.
