Kent-based accountancy practice Perrys will be hosting its ninth annual fundraising golf day on Thursday 30 September to support the Gravesend charity Family Matters.
Following an 18-month postponement due to the pandemic, the company, which has five offices across the county as well as two in London, is hoping to raise more than £5,000 to support the charity's work. This includes providing free therapy and counselling services to survivors of childhood sexual abuse and rape.
The event will be hosted at Dale Hill Hotel and Golf Club in Ticehurst, East Sussex.
Tickets cost £99 per person and include full English breakfast on arrival, an 18-hole round of golf, entry into the hole-in-one competition and a three course dinner at the end of the day. The event is open to four ball teams, individuals and pairs. Players can be any ability to take part. All funds raised will go to Family Matters.
Stewart Pope, CEO at Perrys Chartered Accountants, said:
"We are thrilled that our annual charity golf day is able to go ahead after such a long wait and we can continue to support the amazing charity, Family Matters, with their vital work. Helping charities in our community is something that has always been very important to everyone at Perrys - our annual golf day allows us to raise funds for worthy causes while having fun. We hope as many people as possible will join us and show their support for Family Matters and the help they provide for people in our community."
