Opening of Our Litchfield County Landscape Art Exhibition

The Washington Art Association is pleased to announce a juried exhibition titled Our Litchfield County Landscape, June 8 through July 28, 2024.

Over 60 artists from Litchfield County are featured in Our Litchfield County Landscape at The Washington Art Association running June 8 through July 28, 2024. Juried by Washington Art Association’s Exhibition Committee, the show includes paintings, works on paper, photography and three-dimensional works, all inspired by some of our local land trusts, preserves, lakes and rivers. Steep Rock, Lake Waramaug, the Housatonic River, Kent Falls, and all the untouched places and wildlife in between. Visitors will enjoy a view from afar, the light at the end of the day or a simple study of a wildflower or bird glimpsed from a hiking trail. All the work is inspired by a protected place highlighting the unique and natural beauty we are all so lucky to experience here in Litchfield County.
