Run Course:  Shore Road Promenade
The course consists of three loops.  Every loop will be timed in real time.  Your family members will be able to track you every time you complete a loop!  Start and finish is at the American Veterans Memorial Pier.
Water Stations: There will be water stations about every mile along the course.  Besides water there will be bananas and oranges and sports drink and gels (brand to be announced soon).

Technical T-shirt: male and female cut
personalized bib (must register 4 weeks prior) commemorative bib thereafter.

Awards/Plaques for Top 3 overall Male and Female
Awards/Plaques for Top 3 Age Groups Male and Female 14- 19, 20-24 until 75-79
Post Race bagels, cream cheese spreads, organic jelly and peanut butter.
