Celebrate the richness of Indigenous culture at NYC EATSS 2025, a one-night-only experience featuring top Native chefs, emerging Indigenous artists, and powerful performances. Presented by the American Indian College Fund, this immersive evening invites guests to explore the intersection of tradition and creativity, with 100 percent of proceeds supporting scholarships for Native students.

Enjoy a curated full-course meal by acclaimed Indigenous chefs, including Chef Loretta Barrett Oden (Citizen Potawatomi Nation), Chef Anthony Bauer (Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa), Chef Nathan Davis (Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa), and Chef Andrea Condes (Andean chef). Their culinary artistry blends ancestral ingredients with contemporary techniques, honoring heritage while looking forward.

The evening also features an intimate performance by singer-songwriter Raye Zaragoza, as well as a traditional dance showcase by the Redhawk Native American Arts Council.

Attendees will also experience an art exhibit and sale featuring student artists from the Institute of American Indian Arts (IAIA). All proceeds from art sales go directly to the artists.

Join us for an unforgettable evening of food, art, and storytelling while helping empower the next generation of Indigenous leaders through higher education.
