Weds Jan 04 (7pm-12am - Free Entry) - It's a new year, time to continue with our cutting edge weekly Weds live Jazz series - NU JAZZ GENERATIONS - Championing the nu-wave of live jazz + beyond. Providing an essential platform for talented young and student musicians to let loose, experiment and explore new school / old school musical realms, deep in our intimate live lounge at The CLF Art Lounge and Roof Garden.

This week, we are well excited to welcome 4 more Incredible young acts direct from GOLDSMITHS UNI (linked by DJ) serving up a full evening of righteous musical joints, delivered well hot.

Bands live on stage from 730pm, each band performing one live set.

KAVI (Live)

Kavi and his band play fun and silly music while having lots of fun and being silly. Think jazz fusion while letting Kavis metal influences shine through (not too much though).

ZARA (Live)

London-born singer/songwriter Zara with influences from Lianne la Havas, Erykah Badu and Nina Simone.

CHEVELLE FRAZER-ROSE (Live)

Chevelle is a bassist and singer-songwriter from South East London on a journey, sharing her originals with soulful grooves and smooth vocals, taking influence from the likes of Lianne La Havas, Meshell Ndegeocello, and many more...

TEE PETERS (Live)

South East London's Tee Peters describes his music as Chill, Catchy and Conscious. Alongside his band, The Working Class, they bring together a mix of jazz vibes with a classic 90s hip hop

With a belief in what he calls Working Szn, Tee's message is to cut out all distractions and focus on fulfilling your purpose at least for a season

Summer has been crazy.

They started the year with Tee's headline show at St Paul's church, continued it playing at Love Supreme festival (feat. Erykah Badu, Tom Misch and TLC) while also being invited to write some new music at the iconic LEVI's (clothing) music studio

They also played at the Royal Albert Hall twice this year, headlining the Elgar room and their summer festival.

Now Tee brings on 2023 fresh off launching his record label "Working Szn" at his recent headline show in Soho house.

He's had a appearance in New Music Friday UK for his recent EP "Strasbourg and Home" and a feature on LESKYS new Jazz Vibes album "Park" whilst also juggling his new position has the leader of Wired4Music, a music charity which helps 16-25s in London learn and develop in music
