As local holistic chefs, they have dedicated themselves to crafting nourishing culinary creations that promote gut health, harness the power of adaptogens, and elevate overall well-being. With their passion for fostering health and harmony within the community, Michelle and Aya are excited to mark this milestone surrounded by friends, collaborators, and wellness enthusiasts. They will be showcasing their new Spring menu items, as well. 

First, the morning will have yoga and cold plunges, hosted by My Vinyasa Practice, so be sure to bring your mats and towels! Guests will also have the opportunity to explore a market of diverse local talents and offerings from wellness businesses. Browse through handcrafted tinctures, artisanal goods, and nourishing treats for furry friends, each thoughtfully crafted to promote holistic health. Additionally, you can discover the ancient art of tarot reading, all while supporting the vibrant community of artisans and entrepreneurs.
