Nightingale House Alyn Waters 5k and 10k

Runners of all abilities are invited to take part in this inclusive, and scenic multi-terrain 5k and 10k event, at Alyn Waters Country Park. Expect a runnable route, with a few bumps to provide a challenging and enjoyable outing for all, with great event facilities, a well marshalled course and chip timed results. There's even a children's fun run, so a great opportunity to get all of the family involved.

The start time and event setup means that the route will be fairly quiet, and the route shall be well marked throughout. A 5k loop will be completed twice by 10k runners, with appropriate water stations and an event team ready to look after you at all times. There will be a bespoke medal for all who take part, in what promises to be a great morning out at Alyn Waters Country Park.
