Welcome!

This workshop will guide you through a series of mindfulness exercises, supportive group work, manifestation practices, breathwork, intention setting and journal prompts, all designed to help you align with your desires. We’ll be ending the night with a yoga nidra (guided deep relaxation/ meditation) so bring a blanket and some warm socks, and come get cozy.

HOW TO REGISTER:

Please email or DM over IG (@MindFull.Lee) to make sure there are spots still available.

Then E-TRANSFER your donation amount (suggested at $45) to [email protected] with the message:

"NEW MOON Feb" or book through Eventbrite.

ACTIVITIES in this workshop include;

Breathwork specifically designed for attracting.
Guided journal prompts for manifestation.
Group discussion/ support for goal setting.
Affirmations and other guided practices for manifesting.
Practices to do at home.
Light yoga/ movement (accessible for all bodies regardless of physical abilities, injuries or age.)
Mindfulness practices for calming the body and mind/stress reduction.
Yoga Nidra (guided deep relaxation) + visualization exercise.
Working with feelings of sadness/anger/lack from a body-centred perspective.
Somatic awareness exercise to remain present.
Developing resilience to better handle difficulty in the future.
Open to adults of any age, regardless of physical abilities or physical limitations. Note: there are stairs leading up to the studio.

WHAT TO BRING:

Water bottle/ tea
Journal + pen

Optional:

Comfy pillow to sit/lie on (there will be yoga mats and lavender eye pillows there to use).
Blanket and/or cozy socks for the meditation portion.
WHAT TO WEAR:

Please wear comfortable clothing that is easy to move in. Pants that are not super restrictive around the belly are ideal (for breathwork) and a sweater + tank top/t-shirt so that you can be comfortable no matter the temperature. These are just suggestions though, wear whatever works best for you.
