NAMI Southwest Iowa's Ride 4 Resilience and Recovery

Location: Wabash Trace Nature Trail

There will be two bicycle routes participants can choose from on the Wabash Trace:

· Family Route – Council Bluffs to Mineola (9.6 mi.)
· Challenge Route – Council Bluffs to Shenandoah (44.4 mi.)

NOTE: Return transportation will NOT be provided. Plan to ride round-trip or arrange for someone to pick you up at your destination.

Registration

$25 Early Bird (Until 5/10) - Includes T-Shirt
$30 Regular (5/11-6/23) - Register by June 10th for free T-shirt!
$35 Day of Event
Registrations taken online until June 23. Walk-in registrations are welcome at the event! 

All proceeds benefit NAMI Southwest Iowa (a 501(c)(3) non-profit).
