My Sherpa members have made available eight free places at a Masterclass called “Forget Customer Service, it's about Engagement" (summary below) which will be led by Paul Bridle an expert speaker in this area.
We use phrases like ‘excellent customer service’ very liberally, often without any real substance or knowledge even of what we really mean. What is excellent customer service to one person, maybe average to another. A company's customer service should be aligned with it’s value proposition, and with its strategy and purpose. Paul Bridle will aim to strip back some of the rhetoric and re-frame customer service in a way that helps organisations approach things in a more meaningful manner. Participants will have the opportunity to identify what they need to be a customer focused business, so they can win new business from new and/or existing customers.
