My New Red Shoes CommUNITY, a fundraiser for youth and family empowerment.

My New Red Shoes' most important annual fundraiser is going virtual in 2020. Last year, our ‘Rock the Runway' event raised over USD 125,000 in support of our mission to improve the quality of life and well-being of local children and youth experiencing economic hardship.

While so much has changed over the past few months, MNRS' commitment to building a stronger, healthier and more inclusive community for all our children remains constant.

The funds raised at this year's event will support our COVID-19 response initiative, which addresses the ongoing and growing needs arising from the pandemic and help us continue to strengthen, uplift, and empower children and their families during these challenging times and beyond.

We are thrilled to have the support of the Gordon Family Giving Foundation as the event's Presenting Sponsor. NBA Superstar Aaron Gordon, a Bay Area native, and his family have been long-time supporters. We would also like to recognize our Event Sponsors, Franklin Templeton and Heritage Bank of Commerce for their support of the event.
 
Funds raised from CommUNITY will help us to advance our mission and continue to strengthen, uplift and empower children and families.

My New Red Shoes works to improve the quality of life and well-being of children and youth by reducing the impact of economic inequality in the communities we serve. Since 2006, we have helped to promote a sense of belonging and dignity for nearly 100,000 students in the San Francisco Bay Area and beyond.
