Music in the Vineyards, now in its 29th season, is a nationally-acclaimed chamber music festival held each summer in the Napa Valley showcasing world-class artists performing in winery settings. Concerts feature witty commentary, wine tasting, and breathtaking views.
This program will take you on a journey, from the solemn Lamento of Kahlevi Aho, to the bawdy Café Music of Paul Schoenfield, which was inspired by his stint as the pianist at a steakhouse. We close with the exuberant and passionate Quintet no. 2 by Mendelssohn.
Please note this concert will take place outdoors.
