Moving Through Menopause - Celebrate International Women's Day

This is a FREE event for women approaching or experiencing the change of life. This intensely personal but universal female transition can bring emotional, psychological challenges as well as distressing physical symptoms. Yet, it can also be a time of reflection and transformation with renewed freedoms, personal growth and development. We will explore our response to this uniquely female experience with shared narrative, verbal and non-verbal expression and connection through movement, music, art and myth. The workshop concludes with a guided relaxation. All you need to bring is curiosity and openess, plus practical elements of clothing to move in (layers are good), soft shoes or non-slip socks (not trainers) and a mat or blanket to sit on.

The workshop is facilitated by Bridget Poulter a Registered Dance Movement Psychotherapist with ADMP UK, and movement practitioner.
