Eskekxwi7ch tl'a Sp'akw'us Place will create much-needed equitable and affordable homes for women and children. This 27-unit building is managed by Hiy'am' Housing and located on Siyich'em in the Squamish Valley.
When completed, it will provide safe, long-term rental homes, including 29% accessible and 71% fully adaptable apartments. It will also feature a community art mural and cedar pole. The building is currently in development using a modular approach and will be energy efficient.
