This free webinar will provide you with exercises to enhance your emotional resilience. The webinar will run for 30 mins with an optional 30 mins at the end for questions. If you are unable to attend the live webinar, you will receive the recorded event to watch afterwards.
Come and learn practical tips and techniques for incorporating mindfulness into your daily life as well as using movement for releasing emotional tension and promoting well-being.

Those who are lacking in outside support, lacking in community or feeling disconnected from others due to grief.

People who are on any part of their grief journey.
Adults of any age.
Note: Grief does not necessarily need to be due to a death. Grief may be due to any number of factors such as a difficult divorce, miscarriage, loss of job, death of a beloved pet, change in quality of life, chronic illness, anticipatory grief due to Dementia, stroke, Alzheimer's disease or any other reasons. It can also be due to a recent event or something that occurred years/decades ago. There are no rules for grieving.
Remember also that if you feel nervous about jumping in and trying something new, know that everyone feels that way in the beginning. Please know that you are welcome here no matter what.
WHAT TO BRING:
Please have a journal, pen and a cup of tea or coffee with you during our call. We'll be using all of these as mindfulness tools.
WHAT TO WEAR:
Please wear comfortable clothing that is easy to move in. Pants that are not super restrictive around the belly are ideal (for breathwork) and a sweatshirt + t-shirt so that you can be comfortable no matter the temperature. Wear whatever makes you feel most comfortable.

ABOUT ME:
Hi, I'm Leela. I am a Holistic Stress + Anxiety Coach, Integral Yoga Teacher and Death Doula.
I provide 1:1 Holistic Stress + Anxiety Management Coaching, Death Doula services and grief support for Individuals and Families, run public and Corporate wellness workshops and teach Chair Yoga to seniors in retirement homes.
On the side of this work, I am also a professional Singer/Songwriter/Guitarist who's been performing live for the last 11+ years and love to integrate live music into my work whenever possible.
First and foremost, though, I am a fellow flawed human being who has spent many years working through her own bullshit. I am not someone who embraced yoga, meditation, mindfulness or breathing practices right away. From my own personal experiences, I know that it's not always easy to try new things.
My teaching style is casual and relaxed. I like to incorporate humour with a tinge of sarcasm (only when appropriate, of course). I am always the first person to open up about my own difficulties and love creating a secure space for others to do the same.
My goal when working with clients is simply to meet each person exactly where they are without any judgment or force. I am here as a gentle guide and support system for people who are ready to heal themselves.
