A Dinner Fundraiser and Meet-n-Greet in support of Rep. Brian Sims (D-182nd District - Philadelphia County), a candidate for Lt. Governor, is planned for Saturday, July 31st, 4-7 pm, Sons of Italy Picnic Grounds, 1 Sons Road, Mill Hall, Rt. 120, outside of Lock Haven in Clinton County. Sims is a graduate of Bloomsburg University and earned a juris doctor degree in comparative law from Michigan State University School of Law. While at Bloomsburg, he was captain of his football team and came out while leading them to a national championship. He is a staunch advocate for LGBTQ equality, women's rights, protecting public education, investing in alternative energy, protecting our environment and cleaning up Harrisburg.
