Making Legends Local Gala and Lipsync Battle

Start your fun night at 6:30 pm at the Red-Carpet Reception with heavy hors d'oeuvres by Angie's Catering, along with Waterline beer and wine from Lighthouse Beer and Wine. Walk the red carpet like a star. Gala guests often dress to match the year's theme, this year it is "Movie Soundtrack Magic: Lights, Camera, Lip Sync!", come dressed as your favorite character from a top movie soundtrack character of your choice. At 8 pm, Let the Battle Begin! Acts from local businesses, groups of friends, community organizations, and civic groups will battle for the much-coveted Golden Microphone Lip Sync Legend of the Year and Ka-Ching! Challenge Champion trophies, along with bragging rights for the next year. Want to Perform? Put an ACT together of your co-workers, colleagues, or friends, then pick a song from your favorite movie soundtrack. You don't have to be good, just willing!
