Back for this vibrant, mega-local, one-day outdoor event is the spring version of the 300 artist-strong
Made in Tucson Market!
Started in 2018 by the Historic Fourth Ave. Coalition (HFAC) to help highlight Tucson's longstanding avenue of small businesses hugged by historic neighborhoods, the Made in Tucson Market celebrates Tucson's maker community, and is a welcoming open-air venue for handmade and handcrafted items and art-all made right here in Tucson. Originally started with only 50 artists, the HFAC-volunteer run market will feature dozens of tents where you can meet, greet, and purchase directly from the makers themselves. With affordable booth costs, the Made in Tucson Market presents a diverse and exciting group of artisans with 100% of money collected going directly back to the Coalition to continue to improve this important heart of our city. Historic Fourth Avenue Coalition @4thavecoalition is honored to be able to create this space that unites community, art, localism, and sustainability.
This spring's fair will feature several local food trucks and a spot to rest and sip a beverage or have a bite. Look for local musicians to serenade the day and an array of special promotions and children's activities throughout the market. Held within a two-block area, the accessible and sustainable (bring your own water bottles to fill up at our water stations!) market makes it a perfect outing for everyone. From cookies to crockery, handmade cards to collectible art, bracelets to bronzes, scrubs to sculpture, find fresh ideas with a local handprint.
Maybe it's the light or the healing desert air, but Tucson has long been heralded as a place with a wide-ranging and generous creative community. Here's your opportunity to connect and experience true local flavor. Support your community and makers as well as the thriving historic 4th Avenue district that makes Tucson one of the great cities for art and artists-and living, in the country.
It's not just about commerce, it's about community.
