For the April luncheon, we are excited to feature as our main speaker - Lynn Reddrick, Manager of the Supplier Diversity Program at the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco and is responsible for developing, implementing, and administering the program in the Twelfth Federal Reserve District. Ms. Reddrick comes to the Federal Reserve following more than a decade of managerial experience assessing public sector supplier diversity initiatives; developing small, local, minority, and women business policies and programs for public agencies; and planning and directing successful business community outreach campaigns. Ms. Reddrick was named one of DiversityPlus Magazine's "Top 25 Women in Power Impacting Diversity" in 2016. Ms. Reddrick also serves on the Board of Directors for the Western Regional Minority Supplier Diversity Council, Women's Business Enterprise Council - Pacific, and the Financial Services Roundtable for Supplier Diversity. She is also a member of the Executive Committee for the Bay Area Business Roundtable. Ms. Reddrick received her Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from the University of California at Berkeley and a Master of Business Administration degree in finance and marketing from Columbia University. Ms. Reddrick will discuss how to do business with the Federal Reserve Banks and the tips and tools to securing contracts.
