How many of us have that little shell saved from our first visit to the seaside or that first card we received from our best friend in school? Today when we relook at that shell or that card, it may not seem as beautiful as it did then. Why? It is simply the change of emotions driven by the changes we experienced over the years.

Think about the friends and relationships we built over the years from childhood to now. The hands we held, shoulders we leaned on and ears we talked in to. What has changed from then to now is our stories, our emotions, our thoughts and our environment.

Facilitator - Dr. Rohini Ramamurthy
A PhD in Clinical Psychology, Rohini is a certified Trauma Therapist who has worked with organisations like WHO and the UN for over 25 years. She is a freelance consultant and has worked in countries like India, Cambodia and Papua New Guinea (PNG) and Solomon Islands. She has been using storytelling as a tool for change and development.
