L+M Hospital Summer Stride 5K and 10K

The 5K offers competitive and casual runners a great 3.1 mile race while also welcoming walkers and families with strollers on the relatively flat and scenic course. The 10K is a double loop with long straightaways, offering a fast course with stunning ocean views along Pequot Avenue.

An event to enjoy with the family, special touches will help recognize dads, father figures and everyone who is celebrated on Father’s Day.
