About

Zana is a singer/songwriter, and versatile musician originally from the Oakland Bay Area. Currently, she lives in NYC where you can enjoy her performances at local live venues. Having collaborated with Grammy-winning producers Tim Mitchell and George Noriega, Zana has launched a solo career as a pop artist. She has released 7 singles and her debut EP titled "The Beauty of Zora". A gifted songwriter with a sultry voice, Zana's unique style, which fuses Arabic and Latin influences to create what she labels as her 'gypsy-pop' sound is both upbeat and soulful, allowing her to showcase her hip-shaking belly dancing moves while performing.

Entrees:  

A) Wild Mushroom Risotto with button, portobello mushrooms , shiitake mushrooms topped with goat cheese and shaved parmesan cheese, drizzled with whites truffle oil
B) Steamed Salmon with lemon served with chilled ratatouille and a roasted red pepper coulis 
C) French cut chicken breast pan-seared with marsala wine cremini mushrooms served over orzo and baby Carrots and haricot vert 
D) 12 oz Black Angus Shell Steak served with smashed potatoes with parmesan cheese and garlic and caramelize red onions ( up charged $15.00)

Desserts:  
A) Tiramisu
B) Vanilla and Chocolate Gelato
C) Tarfutto and Berries
D) New York Style Cheese Cake
