Lecture Notes Transcription

One of the most important steps in the workflow of a radiology department is the transcription of the report. The doctor records medical information from a patient's visit and sends the results to a medical transcriptionist. Alternatively, the doctor may use a handheld digital recorder to record the data. A speech recognition reporting system can then convert the voice report into a written text. Generally, the provider will guarantee the confidentiality of the transcribed files and can even offer HIPAA-compliant solutions.
